Good preparation for the Bala Standard Distance Triathlon?

12th September I bent over and slipped a disc in my back.

13th September I somehow managed to get down to London - we don't know how, and see Kerri Elston, who is pretty much a miracle worker.

She adjusted me for 30 minutes before a new patient and then for 1 hour after and from not being able to walk more than 20m at a time and being bent over with one leg 4 inches shorter than the other, when I got to the office I was able to walk out straight backed at 3:15pm.

Since then my back has been getting better and less than 24 hours after first seeing Kerri my back is at about 91% and I am now able to look forward to competing at the Bala triathlon.

Believe in your body and it will be good to you back.
