News Update - Yoga Cinic25th - 27th Sept 08 - Dr Kerri Elston will be co-conducting September Yoga Weekend. 
25/06/08 Dr Kerri Elston will be co-conducting an advanced level Yoga clinic and its relationship to chiropractic care and alignment at Dunceton Mill, Surrey on the 25th to 27th of september. This weekend intensive clinic is all inclusive and will cost £ 295 to reserve attendence. (Early bird bookings at a discount of £ 275) Places are limited and expressions of interest should be directed to Dr Elston. |
News Update - Dr Snell on Leave21st June 08 - Dr Jill Snell will be away on indefinate leave 
21/06/08 Dr Snell will be away in Canada most likely returning in September October. We wish her well for her time away. Dr Elston will be covering normal hours at the Chalk Farm office at Fitness first for women until Dr Snell's return. |
News Update - Congratulations Alex!14th May 08 - Alex Lewis becomes European Group 19-29 Triathalon Champion 
14/09/07 "Good preparation for the Bala Standard Distance Triathlon? 12th September I bent over and slipped a disc in my back. 13th September I somehow managed to get down to London - we don't know how, and see Kerri Elston, who is pretty much a miracle worker. She adjusted me for 30 minutes before a new patient and then for 1 hour after and from not being able to walk more than 20m at a time and being bent over with one leg 4 inches shorter than the other, when I got to the office I was able to walk out straight backed at 3:15pm. Since then my back has been getting better and less than 24 hours after first seeing Kerri my back is at about 91% and I am now able to look forward to competing at the Bala triathlon.
